I finished my first draft video for the Miraflores Guatemala City Guatemala Temple. I post it for you now as we head into Conference weekend, wondering what new things we will hear and have announced.
Since there is already a Guatemala City Guatemala Temple, the Church added Miraflores to the name of this temple.
I recently learned that Miraflores means “Behold the Flowers.”
I probably should have added flowers to this video. Maybe next time.
Nice Job! I don’t have facebook anymore but I’m always watching your great content. I wonder how big the garden and the parking lot will be, because they don’t seem to have a lot of space on that site…
I also wonder what color will be the stone finish because sometimes they changed it
Thanks, I am glad you enjoyed it! I have noticed lately that typically the renders show a tan color cast to the stone, but in reality the temple receives a light to bright gray stone instead. The only recent exception to that I can think of is Lisbon, where the render was gray, but the final temple was a cream-colored Portugal Limestone!
