My History: The Boise Idaho Temple
My first visit to the Boise Idaho Temple was back in the early days, with my earliest Camera. This was before I knew I would be traveling so much for work and enjoyment. In these early days, I assumed I would be lucky to get one visit to each temple, and places like Montana felt far-flung.
I have been able to visit Boise much more than I would have imagined early on.

We came up just for the Open House. 5+ hours of drive time, with two kids in the car, one of them under two years in age. Yeah, we can be kinda nuts about these trips.

We had come up for the Open House of the newly remodeled temple, and had stayed the night at an old rundown motel nearby. These photos were taken the morning of our tour of the temple, while we were waiting for our session of the open house to begin.

After the open house we took the opportunity to take photos around the temple again. I took the opportunity to photograph as many small details as I could, with the hope that they would help me to build an updated model of the remodeled temple.
