Location Announced
On 22 April 2025 the First Presidency announced the future site of the Eket Nigeria Temple. The Eket Nigeria Temple will be built on a 7-acre site located on Eket/Oron Road in Ikot Ibiok, Eket Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. Plans call for a one-story temple of approximately 18,850 square feet and a meetinghouse on the site. This will be the city’s first temple.
