Vitória is the capital of the state of Espírito Santo. It is located on a small island within a bay where several rivers meet the sea in southeast Brazil. The coastal community has two major ports.

Announcement
On 3 October 2021, President Russell M. Nelson announced plans to construct the Vitória Brazil Temple. Location Announcement
On February 27, 2023, the location of the Vitória Brazil Temple was announced.
